5.1. Fees: Fees for our services are outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.
5.2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work commences, unless otherwise specified in writing.
5.3. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the website is published or transferred to the client.
5.4. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance.
6.1. Timeline: Project timelines will be outlined in the proposal or service agreement. Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on client feedback, revisions, and timely provision of required materials.
6.2. Revisions: Unless otherwise specified, our standard packages include up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7.1. Client Cancellation: If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments made will be refunded at our discretion, based on the percentage of work completed.
7.2. Service Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel services if a client violates these Terms or if irreconcilable differences arise during the project.
8.1. Client Content: Clients retain rights to all content they provide.
8.2. Our Work: Until final payment is received, we retain ownership of all design elements, code, and other deliverables created for the project. Upon full payment, copyright ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, except for:
8.3. Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display and link to completed client projects as part of our portfolio and to describe our role in the project, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
9.1. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
9.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project related to the claim.
10.1. We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
10.2. WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10.3. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or that all errors will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WPBNB.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms by you or arising from your use of our services.

13.1. Unless explicitly included in your service agreement, hosting and ongoing maintenance are not included in project fees.
13.2. We offer separate maintenance plans, details of which can be provided upon request.
