1. Project Deposits

Non-refundable Deposit: All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work commences. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and covers initial project setup, planning, and resource allocation.1.2.
Purpose of Deposit: The deposit compensates us for time spent on initial consultations, project planning, resource allocation, and preliminary work, which begins immediately after project approval.
2. Project Cancellation
2.1.
Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you cancel a project after work has commenced but before completion:
- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Any additional payments made will be refunded based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation
- A detailed breakdown of completed work will be provided upon request
2.2.
Calculation of Refundable Amount: For payments beyond the initial deposit, refunds will be calculated as follows:
- If 25% of the project is completed: 75% of additional payments refunded
- If 50% of the project is completed: 50% of additional payments refunded
- If 75% of the project is completed: 25% of additional payments refunded
- If more than 75% of the project is completed: No refund of additional payments
3. Completed Projects
3.1.
Delivered Work: Once a project is completed and final deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.3.2.
Definition of Completion: A project is considered complete when:
- All deliverables outlined in the project proposal have been provided
- The client has approved the final work
- The website has been launched or files have been transferred to the client
4. Maintenance and Recurring Services
4.1.
Monthly Services: For website maintenance, hosting, or other subscription-based services:
- No prorated refunds for partial months of service
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
- No refunds for the current billing period if cancellation occurs mid-cycle
4.2.
Annual Services: For services paid annually:
- Refunds for unused months may be issued at our discretion, less a 20% administrative fee
- Refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis for remaining full months only
5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
5.1.
Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services despite good-faith efforts by the client:
- A full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion
- Alternative solutions, such as revised deliverables or additional services, may be offered instead of a refund
5.2.
Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic-related disruptions, or major technical failures.
6. Refund Process
6.1.

- Your full name and contact information
- Project details or invoice number
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Preferred refund method (original payment method preferred)
6.2.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.6.3.
Refund Method: Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. If a dispute arises regarding refunds, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation.7.2. If negotiation fails, mediation will be the next step before any legal action is taken.
8. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to new projects and will not affect existing agreements.
